Contest Rules
All persons who live in the Continental United States or its territories are eligible to win.
You can become a contestant by simply filling out a request for a brochure.
Drawings are held at the end of each month and winners will be notified by e-mail*.
The winner of each monthly prize drawing will automatically be eligible for our Grand Prize Drawing which is held once a year before close of business
on December 31st.
Prizes for each monthly drawing will be determined randomly. Grand prize winners will receive a
Kamikaze, Arawaza, Budokan, or Neeron uniform of their choice. KamikazeUSA.com will
pay for all regular shipping charges and reserve the right to determine the carrier.
Our regular method of shipment is UPS Ground, FedEx, USPS, or Canadian Post. Each monthly winner must contact KamikazeUSA.com
within 72 hours of prize notification to verify name, shipping address, size (if applicable),
and/or special instructions in order to receive their prize.
If contact is not made by the winning contestant within the time alloted then that prize
will be forfeited. Winners can contact KamikazeUSA.com during normal business hours 10:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. (ET) at 1-800-466-9862. We can also be reached by Fax at 304-367-9715 or e-mail us at
